W: Hello. It’s Rosa from Faultless Fax. I was wondering if Mr. Cross is available at the moment.

M: I’m sorry, Ms. Rosa, but I’m afraid he’s out of the office all day for a business meeting. May I take your contact information?

     I’ll have him get back to you as soon as he comes in.

W: Actually, it’s an urgent matter, regarding a problem with his order. Would you, by any chance, have his cellular-phone number?

M: I’m sorry, but Mr. Cross has asked us not to release that number. I can, however, give you his e-mail address. He should be checking it regularly throughout the day.

Answer as following:

A1(B)

W: Actually, it’s an urgent matter, regarding a problem with his order.

→ keyword " order ".

A2(C)

M: I’m sorry, but Mr. Cross has asked us not to release that number.

→ keyword " not to release" means confidential.

A3(C)

M: I can, however, give you his e-mail address. He should be checking it regularly throughout the day.

→ keyword "e-mail".

文法or用與分享:

** I was wondering if Mr. Cross is available at the moment.

這就是中文裡面的 請問Mr. Cross現在方便說話嗎? 是很禮貌的說法，請一定要記起來喔!! 

如果你是直接打到Mr. Cross的手機，可以說

Hello. This is xxx. Is this a bed time? / Is now available (for you)? / Are you free to talk?(非正式用法) 等等

如果是面對面，想要耽誤一下對方的時間，可以說

Do you have a moment? Could you give me a moment? 等等

** it’s an urgent matter, regarding a problem with his order.

這一句大家應該會很好奇，為什麼regarding前面要加逗號，其實我也想了很久，答案我不是很確定，確認後會做更新

這應該是簡化後的句子 原來應該是it’s an urgent matter which regard a problem with his order.

**Would you, by any chance, have his cellular-phone number?

有注意到嗎? by any chance的前後都有逗號，這是逗號裡面加強語氣的用法

**I’m sorry,but Mr. Cross has asked us not to release that number. 

someone has asked somebody not to do something 這句話超好用，如果有遇到這樣的情況，會這句就ok了

**I can, however, give you his e-mail address. 

However是連接詞，放句首要加逗號，像是 However, I still~~，放句中前後都要加逗號，但不可以放句尾

**He should be checking it regularly throughout the day.

用 should be checking + throughout the day 表示Mr. Cross會隨時查收e-mail.

從 be checking來看(should + 原V)，通常現在進行式是指動作進行的當下，但是後面加上throughout the day就表示 ckecking的動作將會持續一整天

也可以翻譯成隨時，所以以後就可以用這個方式代替 all day、anytime這些比較簡單的詞了

throughout 在這裡表示 持續性、從頭到尾
